Led the initial study for the unified app, taking responsibility for the login and financial journey during the unification process, impacting 21 million customers.

Claro Brasil

As a Product Designer, I led the entire process of research, co-creation, prototyping, and validation through to the final delivery with detailed documentation for the development team. The solution resulted in a 29% increase in lead acquisition via the app, exceeding the initial target.

Led the initiative to redesign critical flows in the seller platform in response to low usability (SUS 58%), high support demand, and low product registration rates.
